FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
The product I want is out of stock; will it be restocked?
I do often try to restock items that are sold out, but please note that some products may be discontinued in future to make way for new designs. Any item marked as “Last Chance” will likely not be restocked.
If an item is no longer visible on the website, it's unlikely to be restocked.
Some items may have limited production runs, being a "One and Done". To secure the items you love, it's advisable to make your purchase sooner rather than later!
My acrylic charm is scratched up and dull
If your acrylic charm arrives with what appears to be scratches or dull colors, that would be because it still has its protective film intact. This film is meant to protect the charm during production and transit.
I leave this film on to ensure your charm arrives in the best condition possible.
Here's a simple guide on how to remove the film: Use your nail or the tip of a sewing needle to gently pick along the edge of the pin/keychain. You'll notice the film starting to peel, and from there, it's should be easier to remove completely
What is Screenprint & DTG on Apparel items?
Screen printing is a traditional method that uses stencils to press ink onto fabric. It results in a thicker and longer lasting print when cared for correctly.
DTG (Direct to Garment) is a more modern digital method of printing, kind of like an inkjet printed but for fabric. It sprays ink directly onto the fabric which gives a smoother/softer feeling finish, however isn't as durable as screenprinting in the long run
There are pro's and cons to each which is why I use a mix of both methods. Screen printing for shirts that will be washed more frequently, and DTG for garments such as hoodies which can last a little longer between washes.
Do you have any pet allergies precautions?
Yes, I do! I live in a home with a cat and a dog, and while I can’t guarantee packages will be 100% free of pet fur, I take every precaution I can to minimise allergens. I frequently clean my office where I package orders, keep soft-surface products (like apparel items) stored away from areas my pets can access to help keep them fur-free.
Please let me know in your order notes if you have any severe allergies, and I'll take extra care in preparing your order!

In the instance that you entered an incorrect address, please email me ASAP with your order number and the correct shipping address. If the order hasn’t shipped yet, I can still change the address.
If your order has already shipped, I am not responsible for missing orders sent to incorrect or undeliverable addresses provided by you, the buyer, and I cannot offer refunds.
If the order is returned to me in good condition, you may purchase additional shipping and have your order reshipped, or you may receive a refund minus the cost of shipping.
